Vette(s): 1968 convertible; 1980 L-82
How to sell for $150K:

A.  original and unmolested
B.  a boatload of documentation
C.  convertible
D.  optional 350hp

A and B are the major points; C and D certainly don't hurt.

Personally, I don't consider a repaint as original and unmolested.

The sad thing is that these cars that go for that amount will probably get tucked away and no one will ever see them.

To Aaron's point, if one of us had that money, we'd buy multiple cars and then (at least most of us, certainly I would) DRIVE THEM!!!

I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

I doubt either only had the $150,000 they bid for a car.
So look at it this way.
If ya had 2 mill to drop on some cars this year and you fell in love with the 68 vert, whats 150?

I am sure they ARE buying multiple cars, just real spensive ones.
