Okay, I finally went to pick up the white vette. I've got about an hours drive and I see I need to buy gas (no big deal). So I pull into the gas station, shut the car off, get out, insert the credit card, and attempt to open the gas cap. (Emphasis on the word attempt)
Can't pick open the door? Can't push lightly and pop open the door, whats up with that? Open the car door look around the sill plate, nope not there. Not on the dash either, well crap (thanks GM).
Okay I give up get out the book. I'm readin in a sharks frenzy while some dude is honkin the horn behind me ta hurry up.
About the time I find out the switch is hidden in the console this dude walks up and wants to know what my problem is..... GREAT!
Having assesed the situation I told him the car won't start. He buys this and goes off mumbling some sort of obscenities .
I proceeded to fill er up as he moves his ride (a not so classic 71 Caddy) to another pump. I finish up go inside buy a pop and head to the car as the dude is just headin in.
About this time I have a redneck moment and realize if I time it right I can have some fun. So I screw around puttin the book up, a hat on whatever I can do to buy some time. Just as he hits the door I'm startin the car and driven ever so slow by him wavin and honkin my horn and ever so clearly am able to let him know she starts every time.
LIFE IS GOOD BUT REVENGE IS SA-WEET!!!

By the way I think I'll read the manual just 4 the fun of it!

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!

Once I have one of these morons start honking his horn for me to make a right on red, which I did not want to do.  He kept honking until the light turned green.   At that time I got out of my car and walked back to him with a smile on my face.  I asked his if I could help him, what did he need?

He looked at me strange.  I said that he was trying to get my attention with his horn, so I wondered what it was that I could help him with?  By the time I got done trying to be very nice and helpfull, and determined that he in fact did not need my help, the light had turned red.  I returned to my car and waited for it to turn green again.   Blew his mind.

if i may be so bold to suggest that a fitting name for her, since to first thing of mass confussion was the gas door that her name should be "DORRIE" 1BadLT138948.975462963
