I got into the wave thing back when I rode a scoot, and even then, the Hardly riders rarely returned a wave. I have been on several trips in both of my Vettes, and I have always had anouther Vetter to follow or lead at least part of the way down the road, and we always wave when one or the other has to stop for gas, or take an exit. These are the real Vette people, the ones you don't even know, but will cruise with you down the road, and stop and help one anouther if they see a Vette on the side of the road. Summer's comming, and I can hardly wait!

[QUOTE=Lowbrowser]Even my ride is green with envy
! But mud slides aside, been great to
roll the streets again (here the rains have been the plague). Doing the
Palm Springs run this weekend - need to open her up and clear the
cobwebs. Hope the snow blows over for ya all up there, the road beckens.
BTW, all the C5's snub us C3's here in L.A....The ole one finger wave in
response has become popular around Hollywood. If you can't wave, at
least smile I say.

Did you ever decide on a specific red color. Just curious as to which one you picked. Of course, all Vettes are RED!
