took the 90to inspection yesterday and it failed for emissions. the NO number was way high. i installed a new exhaust about 6 months ago. when i did i eliminated the precats, and installed a high flow catalytic converter.
from what i read now it appears i will be reinstalling the precats. was wondering if anyone could answer me this--- does the high flow converter do as much as a regular converter or should i install a regular one to pass the inspection?
