The real question is...Why not?!
I've had a couple in the past, but wasn't really a "Corvette" person then. I have 2 now...I'm older, somewhat wiser(some may disagree), and have the passion that Corvette is all about.

#2 -2000 C5, black/black, 6 sp, Bose system & lots of buttons.
I've got 2. I appreciate the history of the vette and it's the only car that I've ever wanted. I don't care what generation it is. Shoot, I'ld love to have one of each generation!

I bought my first vette in 67'. It was a 60' ht/conv. I made it into a 535 H.P. racecar. Really quick ride.
I proceeded to buy, in succession, a 62' conv.,63'SWC, and a 66' ht/conv. I sold the 66' in 1973.
But, I'm happy to say that, after 34 yrs., I finally bought a 2007, C6 LeMans Blue Metallic Corvette Coupe. I'm 58 yrs. old, but, that C6 has taken me back to my teenage years. It's been a magical transpiration. I can't explain it, it just makes me feel young again and I love it. I love this Vette ! I am one happy Vette owner. I just have to stop pinching myself, thinking this is a dream.
