Appreciate all the help. Was directed to an auto place in my local area that does electrical work so gonna see what they can find. On another note the car has been running fine all weekend without any of the symptoms it experienced on friday.

That will make it a bear to find.  An intermittent that is working when you are looking for it is very difficult to find.  If it's acting up it's much easier.

Well here's the update!!
Didn't get a chance to make it to the electronics guy that was recommended to me, but thats a good thing for what I did find with a mechanic friend of mine. Turns out the previous owner must of had a custom sound system in the back and when he/she removed it before the sale of the car they didn't seal the holes they made from the box. Water has been seeping in through those holes and into the back compartment behind the driver side...which just happens to store the ABS relay...which was COMPLETELY flooded (could have had a goldfish living in there Pinch ). After draining it out everything is working as it should. On the first sunny day this week i'm gonna be pulling out the entire carpeting from the back and sealing any holes I find with some silicon then placing all the carpeting back. Luckily this got solved before any serious damage was incurred and all it's gonna cost me is some silicon and time.

That's great, Gordon!!
Let's hope the standing water hasn't caused any permanent damage to the elecs back there!
