What Theresa forgot to tell you is that it rains every afternoon in Tampa.
And there are more lightening strikes there in one year than most places have in 100 years.
And watch out for the alligator when you step out your back door.
And don't forget to have your house tented and fogged to kill the termites every year.
I think they are due for a hurricane this Sept.
But on the plus side, they do make good cigars there.
