I went to the C6 Forum and read your post where you were considering to take it down. I assume it has not progressed along in the same path as that of C3VR. Shame...
I suggest the before you do this that you might consider opening it up to C5 & C6 vettes. There are several of us within the Shark Tank who own C5's and may enjoy the comfort of a larger domain. I know I frequent 2 other forums with the sole intent of researching the C5 and hunting the 4 sale items. I also know the other C5 owners here some of who I have spoke with would enjoy that!
At some point if the crowd got too large they could then be split.
It was also quick to recognize that you have a faithful following developing in the C6 Forum however small that may be.
It appears as though if you allowed more guest privledges as you have done in the Shark Tank you may develop sooner as well. (I wanted to place this in the C6 Forum however didn't have the ability as a guest).
Just my .02 while Thinking Outside The Tank.

I tend to agree with you but we all don't think in those terms.I believe adams original goal was to develop someting specific by model. Typically unless the enthusiast has the passion they tend to stay with their respective models (too bad..)
I was merely trying to help Adam out by offering some alternative ideas for his "other" forum.
If we could help him with that then I would like to see some of our gatherings pulled together more frequently as shared group gatherings.
As I had said earlier I have been spending quite a bit of time in other aquariums (fish tanks) locating accessories for the C5. Tux doesn't require much anymore so there isn't much of a need to hunt in the C3 tanks.
I certainly don't want to take anything away from this site. It has been absolutely great and to that I say thanks to all...

Have you ever looked at the member listed and wondered what happened to all of those folks? If you sign in as a guest you won't have that. Therefore I would think from a maintenance standpoint it would be better. Assuming that at some point to free up space some of those "members" with none or little activity are deleted.
My reason for posting this was to help out those current C6 members who feel about their site as we feel about our C3VR Family.

I agree with your comment of there being a "gagle" (I like that term) of other sites for C5's. But in actuality only a couple of them are currently very strong. Your comments make sense to me as to why Adam would choose to make this a site for the C6 to get a jump on others.
I wasn't a original member of the C3VR family but I believe I utilized some of the 1st software. I Like the Torch Red font it's Hot!
Bottom line is if our group can help to support the C6VR family it would be great. Much like I would hope that in turn they would help us if need be. Who Knows that may spark some joint Gatherings (Woo-Hoo more events).
After all each of us share that common bond that derived from that one eventful day in 1953.

It appears to be not doing very well at this time.

Seems like most of the folks there believe they spend more time driving their cars, instead of sitting in front of a 'puter screen. What does that say about US?!(Me , more specifically!

There is some really cool stuff over der...very informative, if you're curious about the C6, or maybe contemplating a purchase in the future.
I see quite a few C3VR members there, also! I don't know why that forum hasn't caught on like this one did...it just don't make sense. I will continue to visit there, and see what new stuff I can find, for my own purpose. It never hurts to know a wee bit more.
Don't know iffin them folks will appreciate my sense of humor, tho...I'll try to keep it simple!
