Vette(s): 1978 L48 Auto. Red with Oyster Leather interior. Owned since 1990.
This is sad and shocking news.

My wife June and I have very fond memories of visiting MAM, the first time for Funfest '97. We were able to spend time with Mike snr in his museum and he was incredibly welcoming. We saw many of the valuable cars and artefacts that have now been lost. Mike was at the NCM in 2024 and we spoke about our '97 visit - he was till the same old "chief cheerleader". It now falls on his sone to pick up what pieces he and the family can, we wish them all the best.

Vette(s): Dark green 1979 with "not quite stock" 1971 motor.
What a terrible loss. I drive from Texas to Indianapolis to visit family every year, and the highlight of the drive is stopping at Mid America every time. I sure hope it gets rebuilt.
