Vette(s): 1975 Stingray Nomad Wagon, with Daytona front, custom hood scoop, dual side vents; 420HP 350; Doug Nash 5 speed; 1980 rear end W/4:11 gears; Cherry Red metallic paint.
Im curious, just how much difference in power are we talking about, say for example a person took a stock 350, added a blower, what differnce are we talking about for the intercooled one vs. not intercooled?

A pound of air is still a pound of air. But uncompressed a pound of cold air takes up less room than a pound of hot air.
How much more power with an intercooler? That depends on many things. Generally a fair guess in an additional 5 to 10 percent. It could be much less, or a bit more.

As far as calling this a Stingray... Has anyone else heard about the rumor of Chevy taking the Pontiac Solstice model, dropping a V8 in it and calling it a Stingray? I can't recall where I read it, but I did see it as a possibility...
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!
