Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.
that story has been floating around for about 3 years that I knew of, and the truth is it is still a shame.

Your not going to believe this but today I wondered what ever happened to those cars; the only time I ever called a 900 number. It was $ 1 per call to enter.

When my son was living in Brooklyn Heights, we went over to the warehouse, looked at the Vettes, took pictures and thought about how we could rescue these poor orphans.
I wonder if he still knows they are there.

CryCryCry Cars like that should be driven and enjoyed, not sequestered in some parking ramp...rotting! AngryAngryAngry

Of one thing I am certain, as stated, they are worth more in their deteriorating condition than they would be if Peter Max painted them!

Upon further review, I noticed the article was dated 5-May, 2005. Are they still there? Question
