1954 Vette - MONTH Built - any way to find out?

I have a 54 vette and we're trying to figure out what month it was built in - its an E Series, 1954, St. Louis, No. 3831. Does anyone know if there is a way to decipher the number to tell you the month it was built in???

June 18, 1954??? This according to the NCRS Wisc.Chapter "Birthday Calculator" Mike
