Vette(s): 1972 conv., sunfire yellow, blk interior, blk vinyl and convertible top. Off frame restoration with American Speed 383 stroker engine producing 500hp plus a 200hp NOS system. MSD ignition. Hooker super competition headers with chambered exhaust.

Ran across this today and thought it was interesting. Just wish they had listed the MPH.  BTW...this is for factory stock corvette.

Nothing for the 72 either Ron. Maybe the 72 & 78 were so slow they haven't made it across the finish line yet. rearn2go7238936.6796759259

Geesh it's kinda' sad how slow my 77' is......
I must admit it feels a bit faster.. (perhaps larger pipes and minus cat did that?)
but I assume that those would not make much (if any) diff.

Vette(s):
SOLD - "The Toy" - '70 Convertible
SOLD - "The Beast" - '90 ZR-1 (#682)
SOLD - "Betty" - '28 Ford Model A Tudor
SOLD - "BLKBRRD" - '78 Pontiac Trans Am
"BLUBYU" - '04 Coupe
The '70 must have been a pre-production car as the 427 wasn't available to the public (to the best of my knowledge anyway).  '69 was the last year of the 427 and then '70 was the first year of the 454.
