I was going to ask if it had HEAT (it's 30 degrees here in Pennsylvania) ... but perhaps that question isn't best suited for Puerto Rico!?

Wait a second... did you say 2,100 SQ FT??!?!

My house is 2,200 SQ FT. Your garage is pretty much the size of my whole house!!! |eek|

2100SF seems to be enough for about 8 cars ... based upon typical 2-car garage dimensions. I'd bet one could squeeze on 10+ cars, if used for storage. If it's a WORKING garage ... there is likely space set aside for physical work ... which would reduce the storage space. I'd LOVE to be in the position to figure out what to do what that kind of space!

I also have a garage that is almost 2100 sq.ft. I wasn't
going to be too small this time. It is 26'x80' and none of the
doors face the street. A two stall portion has a stairs
that goes into the basement where I can store more "stuff".
The big area will hold 9 more vehicles but with the lawn
"stuff" and extra wheels and tires, one of those spaces is
occupied. I'm plugging away in the basement to have more
living space as well as areas to display automobilia.
Most people have no clue about the garage. A person that
learned of the garage and that the house was 1900 sq. ft.
said," You must not be married!" I made some sacrafices
to build it all now so I wouldn't have to chance dealing
with neighbors or covenants later on. The cost doesn't
seem to go down as time goes on either. I tell people
that they will never regret building as big as space or
money will allow.

Sorry, I have only some snapshots which don't show a very
good perspective. I took some of them from the roof of
my neighbors house when they were building that I should try
to scan sometime. The garage serves my purposes except I don't have a
lift and the heat isn't too great yet. My ceiling is
9'7" which is rather close for a lift. May have to settle
for a ramps type lift. It's to decide where the money gets
spent first and second. I need more concrete around to the
single overhead out back, more landscape, and continue in the
basement. Come on Lotto!
