It`s also time to nominate your choice as this year`s ALMS From the Fans award-winner. The honor goes each year to the person or group that made the most significant contribution to the American Le Mans Series and endurance racing over the past season. Email your nominee to fans@americanlemans.com

The recipients of both awards will be unveiled at the annual Night of Champions banquet following Petit Le Mans.

2011 ALMS `FROM THE FANS` VOTING
Fans of the American Le Mans Series presented by Tequila Patrón annually honor the person or group that makes the biggest impact on ALMS and sports car racing. Once again it’s time to vote for this year’s For the Fans award (and one of the nominee's is CORVETTE RACING !!!!)
From now through midnight Sunday, you will have the chance to vote (FOR CORVETTE RACING !!!) from the top five nominees with the winner announced at the season-ending Night of Champions banquet the evening following the 14th annual Petit Le Mans powered by Mazda.
Check back Monday morning to vote for this year`s Most Popular Driver. The 10 finalists - and those moving on from the two preliminary rounds - are Jeroen Bleekemolen, Guy Cosmo, Oliver Gavin, Klaus Graf, Wolf Henzler, Gunnar Jeannette, Jan Magnussen, Jaime Melo, Frankie Montecalvo and Guy Smith.
