Well, I have to say my favorite is the C4, but the early ones (late C1) were really beautiful (but way out of my price range, and I want a driver car, not a museum car). My least favorite is the C2, just could not get a liking for its' style. But I agree, ALL Corvettes are "special", in the old meaning of the word!!hehe
