The 10th Annual C3VR Member Gathering will take place Thursday through Saturday, May 17 to 19, 2012.

This thread is for information regarding the Host Hotel.

Rate: $59.95+tax per night, breakfast included 
Arrival Date: Wednesday, May 16, 2012
Departure Date: Sunday, May 20, 2012
(These are the ideal dates in order to attend all activities for the gathering. You can of course come for any part of the event. You do not have to be there for the entire thing).

Call and refer to C3VR Vette Registry when making reservation

Please reply to this thread ONLY if you will be staying at this hotel so we can keep track.

For those that can't travel to the east coast, have no fear, in 2013 we'll be back in the West region.
