Check in/out dates: Wednesday, June 26, 2013 - Sunday, June 30, 2013 (you can alter them as needed).
GROUP BLOCK DEADLINE HAS PASSED! IT WAS 4/25/2013! You can try calling, but there may not longer be rooms available.
You may call and speak with anyone that answer. Make sure to specify that you want to reserve a room in the Group Block for "C3VR."
Among great amenities like Indoor Heated Pool & Hot Tub, free wifi and free hot breakfast, they will also have two hoses available for us to wash our cars (BYO Towels!) They also have a large meeting room that will be ours to use for free. The hotel is only about 5 years old.
It will be fantastic if we can fill up the entire hotel with just C3VR folk! Make sure to book your room now. It is first-come first-served!

The rooms are going like hotcakes. Get yours NOW.
Made a reservation for two queen beds, ground floor room.
If anyone wants to share the room, send me a PM.
Looks like I will take I90 to Cleveland, drop down to Columbus and breeze through Indianapolis, St. Louis, Kansas City, Wichita, etc. 1652 miles door to door. 27 hours drive time.
This will be a good caravan route for several of us.
